Snowmobiling in Central Oregon’s Newberry Country
La Pine is home to the Newberry National Volcanic Monument which offers some of the most unique snowmobiling in Central Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
The La Pine Lodgepole Dodgers Snowmobile Club is responsible for grooming and trail clearing the Newberry Monument snowmobiling area (often referred to as Paulina or 10 Mile Snow park) off Highway 97 northeast of La Pine. OR. There are 155 miles of groomed trails in addition to many miles of non-maintained trails and some of Oregon’s best boondocking. Visit their site for more up-to-date information.
